Returns & Exchanges
At Peppercorn, we take great pride in the products we offer. We personally hand-pick every item we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item for an exchange or refund of the merchandise value.
- An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns of non-defective items. Returns of non-defective items must be made within 60 days of the original purchase date.
- Returns with the original purchase receipt will be exchanged or refunded in the original tender.
- Returns with a gift receipt will be exchanged or refunded with a merchandise credit for the value indicated on the gift receipt.
- Defective products may be returned at any time for a replacement or merchandise credit only. Customers can also contact the original manufacturer for warranty returns.
We are unable to provide free return-shipping. All of our products are new and not seconds or overstock items from manufacturers. Occasionally a product may be defective. In that case, you may want to contact the manufacturer for warranty replacement or refund.
